HackFest 2014

HackFest is an annual programming competition held over the course of KansasFest. My entry was a trig program written in AppleSoft BASIC that plotted any of the 6 common conic functions and sin(x)/(x).

I won second place. My prize was a CFFA1 so now I can store the programs I write on my Replica 1 onto a ProDOS formatted Compact Flash card. There's a copy of my program on my zipped Kfest2014 DOS 3.3 disk image and you can click the following link to see the code as plain text.

In this picture, I'm describing the program to everone attending the HackerFest Awards.

I soldered together my Replica 1 at the Thursday, July 24 "Build a Computer" workshop.
